National OCT conference offers an unprecedented total of CET points

Topcon has announced that its first national OCT conference, which will take place in November, will offer an “unprecedented” total of 50 CET points to attendees.

The full two-day event will include keynote lectures from renowned ophthalmologists alongside the opportunity to attend one of the five conference streams that consist of: Beginners, Intermediate/Advanced, Business, Peer Discussion and Workshop.

The streams intend to ensure that the conference can diversely benefit all optometrists – from advanced users to those who have never used optical coherence tomography (OCT).

The conference will be held at the NEC Hilton Metropole hotel, Birmingham on 22–23 November. The full programme is available on the National OCT Conference website.

The cost of the event, including all food and refreshments, is £150 plus VAT (not including hotel accommodation or parking). All lectures are included, however peer discussion sessions and workshops are an additional £15 each.
