Haag-Streit UK, a leading manufacturer of optometry and ophthalmic equipment, has this week announced a partnership with laser eye clinic Focus Clinic to host a new CET course.
Titled Biometry Bitesize, the event will take place at the Wimpole Street Clinic, London, on 4 November.
Involving practical workshops, interactive sessions and talks covering anatomy and the main principles of optical biometry, the event aims to combine key information with a ‘hands-on’ learning environment, both in a digestible format.
It will also provide delegates with the opportunity to view Focus Clinic’s contemporary treatment room and to try out some market-leading diagnostic equipment.
Ritu Jagpal, event organiser and senior specialist optometrist at Focus Clinic, said: “Focus Clinic is delighted to be partnering with Haag-Streit UK to hold this exciting event. This will be an excellent opportunity for optometrists to learn from experts and gain some practical experience.”
