Alcon receives top employer accolade

Alcon has been recognised for its working environment by human resources certification company, the Top Employers Institute.

The contact lens company’s offices in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Spain and Switzerland, as well South Africa, were all certified.

Alcon scored highly for talent strategy, leadership development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and career and succession management.

President international at Alcon, Ian Bell, said: “We are extremely proud to receive the Top Employer Europe certification, which demonstrates our determination to nurture our associates to develop and succeed within the company.”
