Johnson & Johnson Vision has launched its Blink Triple Action eye drops, which is designed to relieve dry-feeling, tired or itchy eyes.

The eye care company said that air conditioning, central heating and time in front of a computer screen can reduce a person’s blink rate and contribute to these symptoms.

The intensive eye drops combine two soothing moisturisers with protective liposomes and vitamin E.

Johnson & Johnson Vision explained: “Unlike some other eye drops new Blink Triple Action eye drops support all three layers of the eyes’ tear-film, helping soothe away feelings of dryness and irritation, boosting the eyes moisture levels and then helping to lock-in this moisture for greater protection. Together this triple action formula helps to supplement and stabilise the tear-film.”
