Clearlab is exhibiting at the BCLA conference later this month (29–31 May, ACC Liverpool) and is promoting “three great reasons” to visit its stand (B31).
Following the success of the company’s first biocompatible silicone hydogel monthly contact lens ‘Beyond,’ the range is set to include a new toric lens which is based on the same material.
‘Beyond for Astigmatism’ uses Clearlab’s patented dynamically stabilised lens design. The new contact lens will be available from its launch with a complete range of cylinders (up to -2.25D) and axis (by 10) from +4.00 to -8.00D.
Also on the stand will be a new multipurpose solution ‘Eyedia,’ which features conditioning agents and moisturiser to help improve comfort and promote the hydration of the contact lens.
Eyedia is said by Clearlab to effectively remove proteins and lipid deposits from the contact lens, and eliminates loose debris, caused by environmental contamination. The new solution is approved for use with hydrogel and silicone hydrogel contact lenses.
The company will also be promoting its Clearcolor 1-day cosmetic contact lenses, and offering visitors to the stand the opportunity to win a premium make-up experience in a luxury spa hotel.
