Optoversity DIT team
Optometry undergraduates from five universities will come together to compete in this year’s Optoversity challenge.

Taking place at Anglia Ruskin University on 23 March, the one-day event is designed to test students’ optometry knowledge and diagnostic skills. During the activities, undergraduates will raise funds for Vision Care for Homeless People.

Students from Anglia Ruskin University, the University of Bradford, Plymouth University, City, University of London and Dublin Institute of Technology will take part in the event.

Established by optometrist Karmelo Modina two years ago, during the day students will take part in practical objective structured clinical examinations, an ocular disease picture quiz and an optometry version of articulate.
