Optometry undergraduates at Ulster University took part in a 5km walk/run to mark World Sight Day last month.
Designed to help raise awareness of the importance of vision and regular sight tests among the wider staff and student population at the university, the undergraduates raised more than £500.
Supporting the students in their fundraising efforts, Louis Stone Optical donated £25 to the cause.
Funds will be donated to SeeBallymena, a charity that provides eye care to homeless and disadvantaged people in Northern Ireland.
