Double celebration for the Hakim Group

Independent listed in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list and scores highest Best Companies rating

The Hakim Group has secured a coveted place on the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list and has been awarded the highest three-star rating from employee engagement specialists, Best Companies.

The Group, which celebrates its 10-year anniversary this year, received the recognition after achieving the high score on the Best Companies’ survey, which examines company life. It reveals how employees really perceive their working environment.

The Hakim Group caused a stir with its ‘FISH Philosophy,’ that aims to help each of its team members to Find Inner Self Happiness (FISH) in all aspects of their life. The idea results in high engagement levels throughout the business and has secured it the two prestigious accolades.

Since its conception in 2006, the Hakim Group has taken a proactive approach to taking care of its team members by providing ongoing support and encouraging feedback across all aspects of the business.

The company aims to create a culture that its staff enjoy working in, creating a calendar of events, including an annual retreat featuring spa treatments, a themed dinner, as well as an array of renowned speakers.

The group also enjoys a bi-annual conference abroad, the most recent saw over 100 members of staff enjoy a ski trip to the French alpine resort of Chamonix, Mont Blanc.
