Passing Stage 2

Pre-registration optometrist, Karan Vyas, shares advice on preparing for the Stage 2 assessment

With Stage 1 of the work based assessment now complete, many pre-regs will be beginning to embark on Stage 2. This, I’m informed by my peers, is one of the Scheme for Registration’s most daunting stages, and can be one of the most stressful too. However, with a new and unknown assessor presenting for the pre-reg, the situation does come with the obvious advantage of having a clean slate.
