Selina Powell is assistant editor for Optometry Today, where she focuses on covering the latest innovations and research in eye health. She also profiles what optometrists get up to outside of the consulting room through her regular Secret life of the optometrist feature.

Selina worked as a journalist for weekly and daily newspapers in New Zealand before moving to the UK in 2016.
