All of us would like to manage our time better and there are ways that you can do this by focusing on how you value and use your time. This session concentrates on what you can do to take control of how you work. By identifying less useful habits and understanding the thought-processes behind them, we’ll create strategies and approaches for changing your behaviour and approach to time.
