Johnson & Johnson Vision logoThe conversations that you have with others and the way that you communicate and speak up has an impact on both the work that you do and how you feel about your role. In your work, you manage a multitude of relationships and need to be adept at conversing with patients and colleagues confronting tough issues with confidence and sensitivity. Sometimes the conversations that you have with patients may seem easier to manage than with other eye health professionals. In this session, supported by Johnson & Johnson Vision, the focus is on how to tackle difficult conversations with colleagues with confidence.

By the end of the webinar you will learn:

  • Approaches to conflict management that you can embed into your workplace
  • What emotional triggers to look out for both in yourself and others
  • Different ways to start a conversation, overcoming barriers and turning these into meaningful discussions
