This workshop will help you develop the persuasion and influencing skills you need in your professional life. Delegates will examine common professional situations where persuasion is needed, and will leave the session with practical ideas and techniques on how to influence other people’s decisions and behaviour.
Delegates will learn
- How to clarify goals, priorities and motivations – and find common ground
- How to handle objections and reservations
- Five steps to successfully reaching agreement with individuals and groups
