Specsavers and Boots Opticians ranked in best for customer service survey

A Which? survey asked members of the public for their views on 100 companies

Specsavers and Boots Opticians have been named among the best brands for customer service by consumer advice company, Which?

The report surveyed 3697 members of the public for their views on 100 of the nation’s biggest companies.

Specsavers placed sixth out of 100 with an overall customer service score of 84%. The multiple received a five star rating for ‘Attitude/helpfulness of staff,’ and four stars for ‘Making you feel valued as a customer’ and ‘Efficiency with resolving complaints or problems.’

Clinical director and an optometrist partner at Specsavers, Giles Edmonds, said: “It’s great to see further proof of how we make a difference for our customers. To be right up there with the best companies for customer service in the UK is a real tribute to our colleagues in store and to our ongoing investment in excellent retail and clinical development programmes.”

Boots Opticians placed 16th with an overall customer service score of 80%. It received a four star rating for ‘Attitude/helpfulness of staff,’ and three stars for ‘Making you feel valued as a customer’ and ‘Efficiency with resolving complaints or problems.’
