Dunelm releases ‘budget-friendly’ eyewear collection

The new ’Complete’ spectacles range is designed with NHS voucher customers in mind

Dunelm 'Complete' collection frames

Dunelm Optical has launched a new range of frames specifically for NHS voucher customers who do not want to spend any extra.

The ‘Complete’ collection comprises 18 frames that are suitable for men, women and children and features six styles, each in two colour ways. Many of the frames are also available in three sizes.

The range offers a number of ‘all-in’ glazed spectacles and lenses packages, including single vision frames, bi-focals and Dunelm’s own ‘Spectre Perform 2 Freeform Multifocal.’

Dunelm has highlighted that while the collection is “budget-friendly,” it is also stylish and “aesthetics have not been compromised.” Featuring a mix of acetate and metal materials, Dunelm added that “current trend colour options have been carefully considered and styles encompassed, including the fashion forward ‘wayfarer’ for those wanting to sport a more contemporary look.”

Managing director for Dunelm Optical, Peter Beaumont, said: “Dunelm is proud to be one of the few independent frame and lens all-in glazed prescription houses, enabling us to offer this price conscious, return service ‘Complete’ frame and lens package. This is an extremely convenient and practical solution, which will suit many of our time precious clients. It makes perfect sense for both optician and customer.”

The new collection is available through Dunelm from mid-May, but the company is accepting pre-orders.
