Voice of Optometry 2019 prize draw

Terms and conditions

• AOP members will receive a direct, personalised link via email to take part in the 2019 Voice of Optometry survey based on information the AOP holds on its database
• The survey will be open from 12 February 2019 until midnight 18 March 2019
• On full completion and submission of the 2019 Voice of Optometry survey, AOP members will be entered in a free prize draw to win one of three Love2Shop gift vouchers worth, £100, £50 and £25 
• There are three vouchers in total and participants can only win one voucher each
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered in whole or in part
• Entry implies agreement for the AOP to publicly disclose the name of the winner and their city of residence
• The winner will be selected at random and notified by 8 April 2019
• If the potential winners cannot be contacted, they forfeit all rights to the prize, and alternate winners may be selected by the AOP
• It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the promoter of any change of contact details
• Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified
• The AOP reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice
• The promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
