Launching today, Friday 13 July, we’re conducting member benefits research to uncover the value members place on AOP membership and the benefits and services offered as part of our package. The research asks members about how well we currently meet your needs and expectations, as well as asking you to share your views on the full range of our offering.
Results from the survey will be used to further improve our services and inform the next three to five years of AOP strategy.
Henrietta Alderman, AOP Chief Executive said: “It is only through member research of this nature that we can make sure we are meeting members’ needs. I’d like to encourage all eligible members to complete the survey, which will be sent by personal email invitation.”
The survey responses will be analysed by independent, market research agency, Research by Design.
How to take part in the survey
Members will receive an email from the AOP’s Survey Monkey account on 13 July containing a unique link to complete the survey. The survey will be open until early August, with a free prize draw for completed entries.
