AOP Primary Care Toolkit
In response to the NHS payment system 'Payment by Results', the national tariff of secondary care fees and charges and 'Practice Based Commissioning', the AOP produced a toolkit to help practitioners to develop business cases for primary care services. The LOC Support Unit now deals with developing business cases for enhanced services, but this booklet contains spreadsheets and calculation tools which you may find helpful when factoring the costs of providing a wide range of optometric services.
