Claiming Your CET Funding

2010 CET claim forms issued for England, Scotland and Wales

The increase in the CET grant has been agreed for 2010, and the payment, which is payable in 2011 for CET undertaken in 2010, has risen to £491. This fee is applicable to practitioners in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

In England claim forms must be received by the PCT by 30 November.

In Wales forms must be in by 31 December.

In Scotland forms must be in by 30 November.

In Northern Ireland forms must be in by 31 January 2012. The grant in Northern Ireland is payable directly to the optometrist, rather than via an employer.
