KSL Training is a leading UK management and communications training company with experience of delivering a broad range of business skills training and coaching.

We have been providing our in-house training services since 2002 to the private and public sector that includes the NHS, the Healthcare and Retail Industries and the AOP.
Training courses
Designed to develop specific business skills, these are delivered at a location of your choosing for up to 12 participants in an interactive and engaging manner by our trainer most local to you. All training is supported with a colour printed workbook full of tips and techniques covered on the course for each participant. A one day course costs £850 plus vat, travel expenses and printing costs, although we can provide you with an electronic copy of the workbook for in-house printing.
Coaching programmes
Coaching programmes requiring discrete and focused one to one development support can be arranged with one of our experienced trainers/coaches enabling you to achieve your specific goals in your time frame. Coaching programmes are quoted for in line with the individual's tailored brief based on our costs of £300 plus vat for a two hour session and £570 plus vat for a four hour session plus travel expenses.
Team building events
For small or large groups, these are tailored to meet your goals. They are supported through the use of the most relevant psychometric or behavioural questionnaire, helping team members appreciate their communication preferences and ways of working in a team. These include Belbin Team Roles, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and DISC Profiling. These can be run over half or one day costing £570 or £850 plus vat, travel costs and questionnaire start from £25 each.
On-line Psychometric service
This offers a range of assessment tools such as ability tests and psychometric questionnaires to support you in your recruitment and selection process. Experts are available to help you design your own recruitment process.
Benefits to AOP members
These include the special discounts on fees for our services. We will work with you to tailor a training programme that meets your needs with a local training consultant that specialises in the subject matter, has experience of the Healthcare and/or Retail Industry and is qualified through the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. We will provide you with a follow-up telephone coaching service for your participants attending our training courses as well as access to a range of business skills self learning resources on our web site.
