Contracts

Contracts play a part in many areas of practice – contracts with suppliers, contracts with patients, contracts of employment and contracts for services. You will have rights against a supplier or patient who breaks a contract with you, and similarly a patient or supplier will have rights against you if you break a contract a contract with them.

It is strongly advised that you consult a solicitor when drawing up or entering into any contract, and most important that you do so when entering into a long-term contract or a contract which will involve substantial expenditure.
