Pre Registration Optometrists

The National Health Service is the largest employer in Europe.  Pre registration posts are usually Band 4, annual salary of £18,152 (April 2010 scale) with 27 days paid leave plus 8 days paid Bank Holidays per year.  The wide ranging training gained in hospital eye departments provides provides extensive experience during the pre registration period.
