Reduction in 2020 membership fees

Our response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the AOP Board has agreed to a reduction in 2020 membership of 20% for all UK practising membership grades*. It will be rolled out as follows: 

If you pay by monthly Direct Debit 

Your April 2020 payment was processed as per normal, however, you will not be charged for the months of May and June but your membership will remain active during this time. 

If you pay by quarterly Direct Debit

Your January and April 2020 payments were processed as normal, but there will be a reduction from your July and October payments, equivalent to 20% off your annual fee. 

If you pay annually

Your annual payment was processed in January 2020, or the month you joined, but credit will be given for the equivalent amount on your 2021 membership fee.
