Macular Fundamentals

Undersatnding any pathological process requires fundamantals in anatomy.  The gateway to the pathology of AMD will be covered using schematic hisyopathological and anatomic models.  The course will enable attendees to appreciate the clinical  as well as the cellular and biochemical mechanisms of the disease.

  4. Using clinical examples: Highlight the changes from diabets; retinal vascular accidents;macular degeneration.
