The Business Services Centre (BSC provides "shared services" to support the twenty-two local health boards in NHS Wales. It provides them with contractor services for primary care optometry including contracts and lists' management, payment processing and post-payment verification. It operates out of four offices in Caernarfon, Mold, Pontypool and Swansea across three regions - North Wales, Mid & West Wales and South East Wales; its headquarters are located in Pontypool.
